Cheat Australian Buyers

by having a lower speced computer on ebay than in their online shop. I first notice this occurrence about 6 months ago and complained to dell, initially believing the user was not really associated with Dell Australia but feedback from the customer service people initially were a little confused and did not know anything about the id however further checking revealed that the person on ebay was indeed dell australia, so 100% legit.

So why on the ebay user id dell_australia are the laptops and computer more expensive than the online shop from dell, they have the same specials as the online store but do not include the upgrades with the items on ebay..

if dell_australia is truly dell australia then why do they not have 100% feedback, surely dell would pay far more attention to buyer on ebay that the present user. My experience with Dell is exceptional and still find it hard to believe the ebay user is truly dell australia
